It is my favourite time of the year, spring! The sun is shining in Yorkshire where I am based, and everyone is in high spirits. What is not to like?

I am also looking forward to joining our awards alumni next week to meet some very important people at headline sponsor HSBC UK offices. It’ll be a day of networking, inspiration and mindset shifts needed to dream even bigger disrupting industries and boardrooms previously dominated by men. As we approach the holiday season, I wanted to remind you that the nomination deadline for the FL National Awards & Summit is 25th May.
