Every year we bring together women who are empowering teams, creating innovative products, challenging and breaking glass ceilings and uplifting communities across the entire UK and globe.

These women are just like you but if there’s one instantly recognisable characteristic all these incredible women share, it’s resilience. They are resilient and optimistic and it’s their optimism that keeps them going when others would have given up.
