Meet Beaulah, a trailblazing Leadership and Career Advancement Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator. As the founder of Limitless Nurses Membership, she is deeply passionate about creating equitable access to opportunities for diverse healthcare professionals and small business leaders to achieve professional success. With a background in healthcare, Beaulah is a registered nurse and has risen through the ranks into the senior management and leadership team (SMT).

Her journey to success was shaped on her own terms as a healthcare professional, driven by a desire to improve the quality and performance of healthcare services through inclusive leadership and management strategies. One of her key missions is to support healthcare professionals and organisations in nurturing their diverse talent pipeline. Having dedicated over 19 years to public and private healthcare sectors, Beaulah has operational and strategic experience across various healthcare services. Her expertise spans adult and children’s learning disabilities, mental health, safeguarding children, looked after children and adults, special educational needs and disabilities, and continuing care for children and young adults.

Education has been at the core of Beaulah’s journey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham. Additionally, Beaulah is a dedicated alumnus of Hertfordshire University, where she completed the NHS Deputy Director of Nursing Talent Management Programme and is a former honorary lecturer at the School of Nursing, City, University of London.

A dynamic and influential Speaker and Trainer, Beaulah has collaborated with various esteemed organisations, including the NHS, Westminster Forum Projects, and the Maxwell Leadership Team. Her speaking engagements and training sessions have left a lasting impact on professional audiences from all walks of life, addressing topics such as influence and leadership growth, personal branding and career advancement, and leading and managing across health and social care cultures for a positive workplace culture and business impact.

In addition to her professional achievements, Beaulah is a published author in the esteemed Coram BAAF Journal, contributing to discussions on adoption, fostering, and care services for children and young people. Furthermore, she is the visionary founder and Project Director of the African Well-Women Project, a transformative initiative empowering women of African descent to optimise their health and well-being.

Beaulah has recently been accepted into the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches. Beaulah Chizimba was selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of her experience.
