Its prestigious Forward Ladies Leadership Summit & Awards, now known as the Novi Awards, is taking place on 22 November 2024 in London, and is set to revolutionise the landscape of female leadership recognition across the UK.

With 15 prestigious awards up for grabs, the Novi Awards will encompass an extensive range of categories designed to recognise outstanding female leadership. Among these categories are the Transformational Leader of the Year, the Emerging Leader of the Year, the Rising Star of the Year, and the STEM Leader of the Year.
Nominations for the Novi Awards are now open and will close on 13 September 2024.
The shortlist of nominees will be unveiled during a live reveal on 27th of September, followed by exclusive interviews with the nominees themselves by an esteemed panel of judges on the 10th October.
