The Novi Awards, the premier platform for advancing women’s leadership and representation across business, continues its transformative journey into 2025, celebrating 15 years of recognizing exceptional female talent in the UK and beyond.
Following its successful rebrand in 2024, the Novi Awards has evolved into an even more dynamic platform, amplifying the voices of trailblazing women who are reshaping industries and communities.
The 2025 ceremony will take place on November 21st in London, bringing together the most influential and inspiring female leaders from across the country.

The 2025 Novi Awards will feature 28 prestigious categories designed to recognize outstanding female leadership, including the Transformational Leader of the Year, the Emerging Leader of the Year, the Rising Star of the Year, and the STEM Leader of the Year.
