Natalie spent three years in a global delivery role at the world’s largest commercial negotiation consultancy; training individuals and teams how to negotiate effectively and providing consulting support for complex and business critical negotiations in relation to mergers, supplier rationalisation, regulatory and policy change, pricing and fees, employment relations and contractual disputes. Prior to this, Natalie qualified as a barrister and worked in a number of strategic management and legal advisory roles in both central and local government and has also worked as a commercial director for a large national charity.  Natalie has a particular interest in women’s rights and empowerment and she has managed the commissioning of domestic violence services; advised government departments on support services for vulnerable women and led the commissioning of rape crisis centres across London.
